When Lily launched her cruelty-free skincare line, she knew her products had heart—but they lacked shelf presence. Her mission was clear: create packaging that reflected her brand's values—clean, elegant, and sustainable—without the complexity of large MOQs or endless design back-and-forth.

She came to EPC with a vision and a few sketches. That’s all we needed.


Step 1: Listening, Not Selling

We asked the right questions:

  • Where will the products be sold—online, boutique, or both?

  • Do you want eco-friendly materials?

Lily wanted something natural yet refined. Our team suggested FSC-certified kraft boxes with a soft matte finish, and custom pouches for masks—with a zip lock and a small window to showcase texture.


Step 2: Sample-First, No Stress

Instead of committing to thousands of units, Lily tested the waters with just 500 printed boxes and 1000 digital-printed pouches—no plate fees, no pressure. The samples were delivered within days. And yes, she loved them.


Step 3: Add the “Wow”

We helped her integrate gold foil stamping on the logo and spot UV on the tagline. Just enough to catch light—just enough to say “premium” without shouting.


Step 4: Smooth Delivery

With our door-to-door shipping support, Lily received her first full order at her fulfillment warehouse—without worrying about customs, duties, or delays.
